The purpose of the Imperial County Office of Education BTSA Induction Program is to provide teachers in Imperial County with a coherent pathway of support and staff development to clear their preliminary credentials and to help them develop the habits of mind that will lead to a "cycle of continuous improvement" throughout their professional careers in education.
